How Long Does Shipping Take?

We use standard shipping which regularly takes 7-14 business days. We use USPS, FEDEX, UPS , or local delivery service depending on the order. We always provide tracking information so you can track your delivery. Orders with significant high value will normally have signature confirmation.

 

If you require any special shipping accommodations or need your order to have expedited shipping please write us a message, email, or call and we can surely assist you the best way we can.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, to Canada, UK, and the USA and US territories. Contact us for other regions and rates.

Shipping to Fright Forward Providers

One advantage to our Miami location is that we are surrounded by hundreds of freight forwarding companies. Their close proximity allows us to deliver to these on the same or next business day, We always obtain signed confirmation from the freight forwarder.

SALES TAX

Will I be charged for taxes?

If you are shipping in the state of Florida, we are required by law to charge a sales tax of 7%.

Come by our location!! We accept cash and other forms of payment for our products and will provide you with an invoice.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns

Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

Opened and used items may be returned but they must be in working conditions and sent with original packaging and accessories and not show any signs of damage. We must receive and test the product before issuing any refund. 

 

There will be a restocking fee (may vary depending the price and condition of the returned item; usually around 20%) charged to you.  
    
**Please, take note that shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer.**

 

To complete your return:

  • We require a proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. As soon as we have received, tested, and inspected the item, we process the reimbursement immediately.

  • Before shipping your return please send us an email at info@compumay.com or through our contact page explain the item’s issue and reason for your return. We will get back to you promptly and give you instruction on how to send your item to: 8533 NW 66 ST. Miami, Florida United States 33166.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as soon as we receive and inspect the item.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item.The return process is still follow the same steps.
